Whatever these mayors are planning, I hope it includes restoring Lake Erie’s naturally cleansing machine. If the ice boom isn’t outlawed and the normal ice movement allowed to happen, then they are just whistling past the graveyard. Erie functioned a certain way. Now it does not. Pretty simple.
