Flint River fights bad PR amidst water crisis

In the midst of the Flint water crisis, the Flint River has developed a bit of a bad reputation. Environmentalists want the public to know that the Flint River is not a polluted resource–on the contrary, its water tests have been improving since 1999, according to Rebecca Fedewa, the director of the Flint Watershed Coalition.

Greening of the Great Lakes host Kirk Heinze speaks with Fedewa about the Flint River and the validity of the claims made about its health.
