Molly Cassidy plans to graduate from Michigan State University in 2013 with a degree in journalism. She has worked with MSU programs as an anchor for Spartantv, crew member for Focal Point and multimedia editor for Spartanedge.com . Molly has interned with TLC’s show “Extreme Couponing” and worked as a field reporter with the All World Beauties Company.

A firefighter who couldn’t swim until college now devotes time and energy to keeping people safe on the Great Lakes. Bob Pratt of Michigan was named 2011 Lifesaver of the Year by the National Drowning Prevention Alliance.
