Environmental group gives Michigan legislature an ‘incomplete’ grade

ScorecardAn established Michigan environmental organization recently graded the state legislature on its performance in the 2013-2014 session. The Michigan League of Conservation Voters gave legislators an “Incomplete” for Michigan’s environmental score.

In addition to the overall grade, the league rated every Michigan legislator individually after comparing voting records to the organization’s stated goals.

Lisa Wozniak, the executive director of the Michigan League of Conservation Voters, joins us to assess the legislature’s environmental record.
