Yes Barb, the eggs are scrumptious but you need a crock pot to cook the chicken…..the taste is worth the trouble!

I enjoyed your piece. I have a small farm in the Upper Peninsula where chickens, ducks and even peacocks reign supreme. While I have to provide greater protection against predators, especially for newly hatched chicks, I think it’s worth it to give these beautiful birds the natural life of free ranging. Factory farms are appalling in their inhumanity and pollution.
