A catastrophe beyond all my wildest nightmares. They should poison the entire ship canal, and DesPlaines river system then put a dam and lock system to prevent anything but water to enter Lake Michigan. We should also put regs on the catfish farming industry to eliminate these garbage eaters. Hire more people, NOT ASIAN CARP to clean your catfish pens. What a stupid industry. I’ll NEVER eat a catfish. I hope the industry fails, and the people involved in it go broke. Maybe hire them to catch everyone of these horible imported, invasive fish and be required to keep their dead, stinking carcasses in their front yard.
